Both are only a short distance from local shops, major highways, and public transportation to New York City and the surrounding areas. All residential units are short term rentals and have a minimum stay period of 2 months.

These units include all utilities (excluding phone), cable TV, free wireless internet, laundry room on premises, parking for 1 car per unit, & weekly housekeeping. This is a non-smoking premises & no pets are allowed.

RAMSEY UNITS:Arch St.

These units are nicely furnished & include washer and dryer in basement and parking for 1 car per unit. The building is a historic 4-family, is a non-smoking premises, & no pets are allowed. The minimum rental for these units is 3 months.
